Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Chandra Shekar Rao has emerged as the best and number one CM in the internal survey conducted by Prime Minister Modi. Modi may announce this in the upcoming Chief Ministers meeting on July 16. The Prime Minister has been monitoring the functioning of the states and the contribution of the CMs to the development of the states. Madhya Pradesh chief Minister Shivaraj Singh Chauhaan is in the second place Raman Singh of Chattisgarh is in third place. Meanwhile Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is in the 13th place.
